# Promote

Ranks the user provided up by 1 rank.

/promote <user> [amount] [reason]

Example
Can be copy pasted into Discord.

/promote user: @User amount: 1 reason: Deserved it!

After running this command, the selected user will be promoted.

Required
The verified user to promote

Optional Default: 1 Range: 1-5
The amount of ranks to promote the user

Optional Max: 50
The reason for this action

Direct Ranking: Only members with Direct Ranking permissions can use this command

Manage lower-ranked member ranks: Soldier requires this permission to change the rank of users

This command requires the Ranker Bot to be in your group.
