# Rank Locks

# Guide

Rank Locks is an access control feature which prohibits users from ranking users to a certain rank.
Rank Locks are separated into both and ranks.

# Creating Rank Locks

# 1. Navigate to Rank Lock Settings

Run the /settings command to create or manage existing ranklocks.
Click on the Rank Locks option in the settings menu.

# 2. View Rank Locks

If you have the XP System enabled, you will be asked to choose between Normal and Xp rank locks.

If you did not see the above response, you should just see a list of rank locks that have been created.
In our case, it's empty, so we will create a new rank lock.

# 3. Select Rank Lock Type

Press the button from above.

This stops a specific rank from being accessed
This locks a rank, and all ranks above it
This locks a rank, and all ranks below it

Once you have selected the ranklock type, press the corresponding button to continue.

# 4. Select Rank

Enter the rank number for the rank you wish to lock.
This is any number from 1-255

You should see a confirmation message that the rank lock has been created.

# 5. Finished

You're done, your ranklock(s) have been created.

# Deleting Rank Locks

# 1. Navigate to Rank Lock Settings

Run the /settings command to create or manage existing ranklocks.
Click on the Rank Locks option in the settings menu.

# 2. View Rank Locks

If you have the XP System enabled, you will be asked to choose between Normal and Xp rank locks.

If you did not see the above response, you should just see a list of rank locks that have been created.

# 3. Delete Rank Lock

Press the button from above.

# 4. Finished

You're done, your ranklock(s) have been deleted.
